Board Meeting
Board meetings are generally scheduled for the 1st Thursday of each month at the MLAA Hangar (map). From time to time, it is necessary to cancel or reschedule. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Board Meetings. If you have an agenda item that you would to have added, please contact our Secretary, Bruce Collins.
Chapter Meetings
Chapter meetings are scheduled the 3rd Tuesday evening except the winter months November - February, when we move to Saturday morning. Unless otherwise notified, all meetings will be at the MLAA Hangar (map) . Check below for meeting details.

For our Saturday meetings, we start with breakfast ($5 donation appreciated) and then go into the meeting

March 24, 2012 (Saturday) - 2012 Young Eagle Kickoff Rally and Cookout
Time : Ground support please meet at the MLAA Hangar at 7:00 AM for setup
Pilot and Ground Support Briefings: MLAA Hangar at 8:00 AMi
Flights Launch : 8:30 AM
A cookout is always planned in conjunction with the YE Rally. Everyone, please plan to stay for lunch. For non-volunteers, a donation of $5 per meal is appreciated.
